MLOps Engineer with Team Lead Responsibilities

📋 What you will do

• Lead the team
• Configure and deploy infrastructure components
• Adapt and develop automated pipelines for business needs
• Build and maintain custom tools for a unified ML development and training environment
• Scale systems and tools for ML model lifecycle management

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• 5+ years of DevOps experience
• 1+ year of ML/MLOps experience
• 2+ years of Kubernetes administration experience
• Experience with Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and ELK
• Ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion
• Proactive mindset and initiative in suggesting refactoring improvements
• Full immersion in the infrastructure and the team
• Strong teamwork and willingness to help colleagues and users
• Ability to see the overall outcome, not just the assigned task

🎁 What we offer

• Salary: 430000–466700 RUB gross under an employment contract or 500000–527300 RUB gross as an individual contractor
