**Head of Sales** We are the developers of a SaaS platform for processing affiliate traffic and managing affiliate programs. We help businesses develop new customer acquisition channels and strive for continuous growth and delivering a high-quality product based on the latest technologies. We are currently looking for a Head of Sales (Sales Department Head) who is not afraid of cold outreach, can sell independently, and is ready to develop sales together with the team. ** What you will do:** — Manage and develop the sales department; — Optimize warm and cold sales processes; — Hire, onboard, and develop the sales team; — Achieve personal sales targets, department targets, and growth in key metrics; — Conduct demos and negotiate with clients; — Improve procedures, standards, and sales approaches; — Take part in industry conferences. **We expect: ** — 3+ years of sales experience in IT/SaaS/B2B; — Deep understanding of the product, market, and client needs — Experience managing a sales department of 3+ people; — Ability to negotiate and defend your position; — Confident user and experience working with CRM systems and task trackers; — English level B2 or higher will be a plus. **What we offer:** — Fully remote work format; — Schedule 10:00–19:00 (GMT+3); — Salary + KPI; — Opportunity to influence the company's processes and growth; — No micromanagement; — Corporate English, training, sports and medical expense compensation. **Contact: ****@recruiterAB**
