😎Head of Sales / Sales Team Lead (Forex, Telegram)😎

**We are looking for a strong Head of Sales for a gold and currency pairs trading project
The main task of the Head of Sales is to manage the first line through numbers, conversions, and the quality of dialogue handling**
**We are not looking for a “manager controller.” We need someone who knows how to influence the department’s results:
dialogues → registrations → FD → RD**
👨💻How the project is structured:
• Telegram channel + content funnel
• Hot inbound traffic
• Private signal group, live streams, joint trading
• We work with gold and currency pairs
• The team has real traders, no actors or “info-gypsy” stuff
📌What you will do:
• Manage a team of traffic handlers
• Monitor conversions at each stage of the funnel
• Work on FD / RD growth
• Control the speed and quality of dialogue handling
• Review managers’ conversations
• Refine scripts and handling approaches
• Work with objections and pass feedback to the content department
• Keep track of plan / actuals for the department
• Identify drops and respond to them quickly
• Work with metrics:
— conversions
— show-up rate
— FD / RD
— lead quality
— response speed
👀What is important to us:
• Relevant experience in:
Forex / binary / gambling / crypto / affiliate
• Understanding of funnels:
content → dialogue → deposit
• Experience managing a remote team
• Ability to strengthen managers, not just control them
• Understanding of how to influence conversions through:
— scripts
— speed
— follow-up/closing
— content
— objection handling
• Systematic approach and results orientation
👍A big plus would be:
• Experience working with private signal groups
• Understanding of trading and the market
• Experience working with Telegram funnels
