**Sales Manager Needed**
We are looking for a B2B sales specialist in crypto/fintech. We will consider candidates without sales experience if you can complete a test task and demonstrate a reasonable approach to work.
**
What will you be doing?**
— Working with inbound and outbound leads, lead generation.
— Searching for and attracting B2B clients (CIS + international markets).
— Communicating with top managers of crypto/fintech companies.
**What is important**?
— Understanding of B2B sales or willingness to quickly get up to speed
— Focus on results and numbers, not “I tried hard”
— We will be happy to consider candidates not from Russia. The main requirements are fluent Russian and the ability to work GMT+3 hours
**
Conditions:
**— Remote work.
— Schedule 11:00–19:00 (GMT+3), 5/2.
— Clear KPIs and income growth.
— Fixed salary (50 000 ₽) + KPI.
— Payments in USDT or ₽.
