🎨 Creative / Telegram Creative We are looking for a creative specialist for a strong and stable team in the crypto/fintech vertical ⸻ What you will be doing: 💎 Writing ad copy for Telegram traffic for channels, bots, and websites (posts, hooks) 💎 Coming up with and testing new funnels: entry → offer → CTA 💎 Adapting working creatives for different audiences and platforms 💎 Generating hypotheses and quickly testing them together with the buyer 💎 Analyzing metrics (CTR, CPL, CR) and drawing conclusions from the copy 💎 Working closely with the buyer and marketer ⸻ What matters to us: ▫️ At least 1 year of experience writing creatives for TG traffic ▫️ Understanding of the crypto / copytrading / signal vertical ▫️ Ability to write in different formats: native, direct offer, storytelling ▫️ Good sense for hooks — you understand what catches attention and what doesn't ▫️ Speed: you can produce several creative options per day ▫️ Ability to read stats and rewrite texts based on data ▫️ Independence — you don't wait for tasks, you identify bottlenecks yourself ⸻ Will be a plus: 📈 Portfolio with real results (CTR, CPL, leads) 📈 Experience with video scripts and UGC format 📈 Understanding of funnels and how text affects each step 📈 Experience in several verticals — not just crypto ⸻ What we offer: 💸 Fixed pay + performance bonuses 💸 Real data for each creative — you grow based on numbers, not blindly 💸 A strong team and well-established processes 💸 Fully remote format 💸 A sensible approach without micromanagement 💸 Opportunity to grow quickly within the project DM with a description of your experience and work samples: @top_profit7777 🤝🏻
