📋 What you will do
- Own the full lifecycle of paid campaigns from ideation and audience targeting to launch, optimization, and analysis
- Launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and paid social channels
- Develop demand generation programs and budgets across the TOFU–BOFU funnel
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, formats, bidding strategies, and budget allocation
- Build a roadmap of experiments to improve acquisition efficiency and pipeline quality
- Turn test results into repeatable practices, best practices, and internal documentation
- Work closely with Content, Design, Sales, Marketing Programs, and Web/Design teams
