📋 What you will do

  • Provide technical support to clients on payment transactions
  • Handle incoming requests via ticketing systems and other communication channels
  • Analyze transactions in the internal CRM and track them by identifiers
  • Coordinate with payment gateways and create requests to update statuses
  • Monitor core system health metrics and perform initial incident diagnosis
  • Escalate critical issues according to internal procedures
  • Track requests and document new cases in Confluence

What we expect

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support L1/L2 or a related role
  • Understanding of payment workflows, transactions, statuses, and financial operations
  • Skills in initial incident diagnosis, log analysis, and working with internal tools
  • Willingness to work shifts, including night shifts
  • Attention to detail, customer orientation, and strong written communication skills
  • English B2+
