📋 What you will do
- Provide technical support to clients on payment transactions
- Handle incoming requests via ticketing systems and other communication channels
- Analyze transactions in the internal CRM and track them by identifiers
- Coordinate with payment gateways and create requests to update statuses
- Monitor core system health metrics and perform initial incident diagnosis
- Escalate critical issues according to internal procedures
- Track requests and document new cases in Confluence

✅ What we expect
- 2+ years of experience in technical support L1/L2 or a related role
- Understanding of payment workflows, transactions, statuses, and financial operations
- Skills in initial incident diagnosis, log analysis, and working with internal tools
- Willingness to work shifts, including night shifts
- Attention to detail, customer orientation, and strong written communication skills
- English B2+
