• Prepare management reporting
• Build financial plans and forecasts for P&L and cash flow
• Perform plan-vs-actual analysis and daily balance reconciliation
• Implement and improve budgeting methods
• Reconcile balances and coordinate with accounting
• Participate in implementing financial planning tools
• Process payments and payroll
