📋 What you will do

  • Design and execute the K:Service marketing customer journey across all channels
  • Partner with Product Marketing and GTM teams to position K:Service for both marketing and service buyers
  • Lead campaign strategy and planning across high-reach and performance digital channels
  • Optimize audience-specific messaging and positioning to drive engagement at each funnel stage
  • Improve the end-to-end customer journey with content and creative teams
  • Align campaigns and goals across Brand, Lifecycle, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, PLG, Web, and SEO
  • Build a measurement plan with the Analytics team
  • Analyze campaign performance and report key findings and best practices
  • Use industry landscape, tech capabilities, and competitive insights to recommend creatives, CTAs, and landing pages
  • Define success criteria to guide resource planning, campaign flighting, and prioritization
