📋 What you will do

• Define the organic growth and discoverability strategy across search and AI answer surfaces
• Manage content production, SEO, and brand visibility on Google, Reddit, G2, and YouTube
• Increase Brex’s share of voice in AI-generated answers for corporate cards, expenses, and banking
• Grow organic traffic, conversion to activated users, and pipeline
• Recover and improve keyword rankings after algorithm changes
• Build tracking and analytics for organic presence performance
• Align work with agencies, the team, and cross-functional partners
• Hire and develop the team for organic growth
