Senior-Lead Data Engineer

📋 What you will do

• Design Data Platform architecture (DWH + Lakehouse)
• Select technological solutions and tools in collaboration with Data Architect
• Develop approaches for Data Quality, lineage, and monitoring
• Design, develop, and support ETL/ELT pipelines and data marts
• Implement data ingestion and processing within the Lakehouse
• Configure orchestration and monitoring in Airflow
• Implement CI/CD practices for data development and maintain documentation
• Build and lead the Data Engineering team
• Plan the platform development roadmap and implement engineering best practices
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and backend teams

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering / DWH / Big Data
• Professional experience with DBT, Airflow, Spark, and object storage
• Experience designing Data Platforms or their core components
• Proven track record in DWH or Big Data performance optimization
• Experience in technical leadership (Lead / Tech Lead)
• Understanding of Data Governance and Data Quality principles
• Bonus: experience building a Data Platform from scratch (MVP)
