📌 What you will do
— Develop end-to-end data services based on ML models to reduce Cost of Risk: PD, Anti-fraud, Collection, etc.;
— Develop end-to-end data services based on ML models to maximize customer LTV: cross-selling, churn prevention, etc.;
— Test new data sources (internal and external) to improve model quality;
— Participate in populating the Features Store and oversee the implementation of new data blocks by DWH/DMP teams.
📌 What we expect
— Knowledge of risk management principles and tools for influencing outcomes through DS services: Cost of risk, Decision cost, EL, PD;
— Understanding of the customer lifecycle, LTV, CJM, UX;
— Experience with industrial application of ML algorithms. Experience managing the model lifecycle;
— Experience developing an NBA optimizer and content recommendations (will be a plus).
