📌 What you will do
— Improve and support processes in development teams;
— Work with the incoming task flow: validate, break down, and prioritize tickets;
— Plan team workload and manage dependencies;
— Run agile ceremonies with the team: PBR, planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and others;
— Collect and analyze key metrics at the team and project levels;
— Establish and maintain communication with product managers and other interested stakeholders.
📌 What we expect
— 2+ years of experience managing development teams;
— Ability to assess the effectiveness of current processes and find ways to improve them;
— Experience managing projects using agile methodologies;
— Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Would be a plus:
- Experience working with billing systems and fintech projects;
- Hands-on experience applying practices from the Kanban method.
