Our team is looking for a strong recruiter to join the hiring department. We need a specialist who will fill positions in the investment vertical and ensure a steady flow of candidates.

**💥****Responsibilities:**
- Sourcing candidates through Telegram channels, hh, LinkedIn, private chats;
- Initial candidate screening;
- Organizing interviews with clients, owners, and team leads;
- Preparing offers and supporting candidates until their start date;
- Maintaining the candidate database and reporting on filled vacancies.

**⚠️****We expect from the candidate:**
- At least 1 year of experience in recruiting;
- Experience hiring for **scheme traffic** is required;
- Ability to perform an initial assessment of candidates by metrics (GEO, vertical, budget, management);
- Ability to handle objections and lead candidates to the offer stage;
