**🔎**** Looking for an IT Recruiter (iGaming)**
An international iGaming holding with a team of over 4000 people is looking for an IT Recruiter with experience hiring for top-level vacancies. We offer a flexible schedule, remote work, access to equipment, and the opportunity to influence processes. Requirements: recruitment experience, knowledge of product and performance marketing, and candidate sourcing skills in non-standard channels. The role includes sourcing, conducting interviews, managing the hiring process, and analytics.

__🟢__We are expanding our HR department and looking for a recruiter who can see potential in people, build partnerships with leads, and close complex positions in a dynamic business environment. We have scale, ambition, and high speed — and we are looking for people who are as energized by this as we are.

**🔴****What is important to us:**
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment and HR;
- Experience closing complex and top-level vacancies (AI/ML, Head, C-level);
- Understanding of product and performance marketing;
- Ability to accurately assess soft and hard skills;
- Excellent communication skills, confident self-presentation;
- Advanced skills with LinkedIn and Boolean search;
- Experience recruiting through Telegram, communities, and non-standard channels;
- Readiness to manage 5+ active vacancies simultaneously;
- Engagement, initiative, and a high level of autonomy.
**🔴****What you will do:**
- Actively source candidates through job sites, social networks, communities, and other resources;
- Conduct interviews and screenings together with leads;
- Manage the recruitment process from profile definition to offer;
- Maintain constant communication with hiring managers and collect feedback;
- Maintain reporting and analytics;
- Research the market and implement new recruitment tools.
