• Create customer content for blogs, social media, website content, whitepapers, and sales enablement
• Organize events with customers to support education, enablement, and engagement
• Source speaking opportunities aligned with customer goals
• Craft case studies, testimonials, and customer narratives
• Launch marketing campaigns around customer stories
• Partner with customer success, product, sales, marketing, and events teams on go-to-market alignment
• Track and analyze the performance of customer-focused campaigns
• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key metrics
