📋 What you will do

  • Own the omnichannel lifecycle strategy for B2C and B2B audiences
  • Run onboarding, activation, and free-to-paid conversion programs
  • Build and operate the unified lifecycle platform and playbook for the enterprise team
  • Convert the large base of individual users into qualified B2B opportunities
  • Select, implement, and scale the marketing automation infrastructure
  • Set up attribution and reporting for engagement, retention, conversion, and LTV
  • Build a testing culture across messaging, creative, timing, segmentation, and journey design
  • Partner with AI-driven marketing automation and analytics teams to scale personalization
  • Partner with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to define behavioral signals and technical solutions

What we expect

  • 8+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or growth marketing

  • Experience building lifecycle marketing from zero to one as a first or early hire
  • Expert-level knowledge of email, push, and in-app messaging best practices
  • Strong skills in deliverability, engagement optimization, and compliance
