📋 What you will do
- Own the omnichannel lifecycle strategy for B2C and B2B audiences
- Run onboarding, activation, and free-to-paid conversion programs
- Build and operate the unified lifecycle platform and playbook for the enterprise team
- Convert the large base of individual users into qualified B2B opportunities
- Select, implement, and scale the marketing automation infrastructure
- Set up attribution and reporting for engagement, retention, conversion, and LTV
- Build a testing culture across messaging, creative, timing, segmentation, and journey design
- Partner with AI-driven marketing automation and analytics teams to scale personalization
- Partner with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to define behavioral signals and technical solutions

✅ What we expect

- Strong skills in deliverability, engagement optimization, and compliance
