📋 What you will do

  • Sell screw compressors and industrial equipment
  • Work with B2B clients across Russia, including factories, manufacturing companies, and dealers
  • Run active sales, grow the client base, and close deals
  • Conduct negotiations by phone, online, and in person
  • Visit clients and travel on business trips when needed
  • Prepare commercial proposals and manage deals through to payment
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and dealers
  • Manage deals in Bitrix24 CRM

What we expect

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in equipment, services, or complex deals
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • Readiness for cold calls and proactive work

  • Ability to work with a CRM

🎁 What we offer

  • Salary: base pay + sales commission, ₽100,000–500,000
  • Work format: on-site in Kazan
