📋 What you will do
- Sell screw compressors and industrial equipment
- Work with B2B clients across Russia, including factories, manufacturing companies, and dealers
- Run active sales, grow the client base, and close deals
- Conduct negotiations by phone, online, and in person
- Visit clients and travel on business trips when needed
- Prepare commercial proposals and manage deals through to payment
- Build long-term relationships with clients and dealers
- Manage deals in Bitrix24 CRM

✅ What we expect
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in equipment, services, or complex deals
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills

🎁 What we offer
- Salary: base pay + sales commission, ₽100,000–500,000
- Work format: on-site in Kazan
