Location:** remote.
**Requirements:**
• 3+ years of experience in IT/SaaS/B2B sales.
• Deep understanding of the product, market, and customer needs.
• Skills in managing a sales department of 3+ people.
• Ability to negotiate and defend one's position.
• Confident skills and experience with CRM systems and task trackers.
• English level B2 or higher will be a plus.
• Managing and developing the sales department.
• Optimizing warm and cold sales processes.
• Hiring, onboarding, and developing the sales team.
• Fulfilling personal sales targets, department targets, and growing key metrics.
• Conducting demos and negotiations with clients.
• Improving regulations, standards, and sales approaches.
• Participating in industry conferences.
