📋 What you will do

  • Own PLG analytics for Twilio's self-serve business
  • Analyze free-to-paid conversion, usage-based cohorting, signal-based audience development, and growth experiments
  • Bridge the Self Service and GTM motions to accelerate conversion
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions using Python and SQL
  • Collaborate with Marketing Data Engineering to move tests from pilot to production
  • Build partnerships with sales and marketing leaders to launch experiments
  • Create feedback loops with sales teams to validate play effectiveness
  • Synthesize concise insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain analytical toolkits, dashboards, and segmentation models
