📋 What you will do

  • Design and execute the K:Service marketing customer journey across all channels
  • Position K:Service for both marketing and service buyers with Product Marketing and GTM teams
  • Lead campaign strategy and planning across high-reach and performance digital channels
  • Optimize messaging and positioning for different audiences at each stage of the funnel
  • Improve the customer journey through content and creative, creating and refining assets for leads
  • Align campaigns and goals across Brand, Lifecycle, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, PLG, Web, and SEO
  • Build the measurement plan with the Analytics team
  • Analyze campaign performance and document findings, insights, and best practices
  • Recommend content, creative assets, CTAs, and landing page experience based on market and competition
  • Define success criteria to guide resource planning, flighting, and prioritization
