📋 What you will do
- Design and execute the K:Service marketing customer journey across all channels
- Position K:Service for both marketing and service buyers with Product Marketing and GTM teams
- Lead campaign strategy and planning across high-reach and performance digital channels
- Optimize messaging and positioning for different audiences at each stage of the funnel
- Improve the customer journey through content and creative, creating and refining assets for leads
- Align campaigns and goals across Brand, Lifecycle, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, PLG, Web, and SEO
- Build the measurement plan with the Analytics team
- Analyze campaign performance and document findings, insights, and best practices
- Recommend content, creative assets, CTAs, and landing page experience based on market and competition
- Define success criteria to guide resource planning, flighting, and prioritization
