📋 What you will do
- Own the PLG martech ecosystem and evolve systems, data, and digital growth mechanics
- Optimize digital acquisition and self-serve onboarding flows
- Improve marketing efficiency through automation, experimentation, and analytics
- Build and refine event schemas, attribution, and data infrastructure
- Modernize operational processes using AI and agentic workflows
- Modernize the marketing operations architecture across paid, web, product, and lifecycle channels
