📋 What you will do
- Lead creative strategy and asset production for Meta, Google, and TikTok
- Iterate creative direction based on campaign data to improve CTR, CVR, and ROI
- Translate complex crypto product propositions into compelling ad messaging
- Manage external vendors, creative agencies, and KOLs/influencers
- Track industry and competitor creative trends to deliver differentiated strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with media buying, design, and product teams
