📋 What you will do

  • Own and scale the paid social channel across LinkedIn and Meta
  • Develop paid social strategy, campaign structure, messaging, and creatives
  • Build automated and AI-driven workflows for campaign operations
  • Create a unified scalable strategy across geos, verticals, and solutions
  • Run structured experiments across audiences, creatives, messaging, and funnels
  • Analyze data, attribution, and metrics that drive pipeline
  • Coordinate with content, creative, product marketing, localization, analytics, and sales

What we expect

  • 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
  • Experience managing paid social for B2B SaaS enterprise audiences

  • AI-first mindset with experience building workflows, automation, or agentic processes
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
