📋 What you will do
- Develop and execute a global performance strategy across metasearch and display channels
- Optimize bidding strategies to drive revenue and efficiency
- Manage key metasearch partners and grow partnership initiatives
- Set up and run campaigns with audience management, creative testing, budget management, and bidding
- Continuously optimize campaigns through data and experimentation
- Lead end-to-end creative brief development and creative execution with brand and creative teams
- Select and launch regional pilots across both channels
- Partner with leadership and engineering to identify channel performance improvements, including AI innovation
