**Retention Manager** Format: Full-time, remote   Company: online casino operator **Tasks:** - Build a retention strategy from scratch: player segmentation, lifecycle, loyalty program - Develop and launch bonus mechanics, promotions, tournaments for different markets - Manage VIP players directly: personalized offers, feedback, retention - Set up CRM communications (email, push) by segments and triggers - Analyze churn, LTV, DAU/MAU and promptly propose improvement measures - Test hypotheses together with the team and scale successful mechanics - Participate in shaping the product and marketing strategy **Requirements: ** - 2+ years of experience in retention / CRM in iGaming - Understanding of the player lifecycle, retention psychology, and bonus economics - Experience working with CRM platforms - Ability to work with data: segmentation in Excel/SQL at a basic analyst level - English / Spanish - Readiness to build processes from scratch without ready-made instructions or a large team **We offer:** -Fully remote work format - Opportunity to build the function from scratch and influence the product strategy - Competitive salary (payment in $) - Growth together with the product: opportunity to head the Retention department   To apply: @anastazzzzjaa #vacancies
