📋 What you will do
- Manage the company’s day-to-day operations
- Oversee payment infrastructure: deposits, withdrawals, PSPs, and processing flows
- Optimize KYC, anti-fraud, and chargeback management processes
- Coordinate Support, Payments, Risk, and Anti-Fraud teams
- Build and improve internal operational processes
- Monitor SLA, request handling speed, and service quality
- Analyze operational metrics and improve team efficiency
- Work with Product, CRM, Affiliate, and Tech departments
- Automate manual processes and reduce operational risks
- Monitor team quality and performance management

✅ What we expect
- 2–4 years of experience in iGaming
- Experience as Head of Operations, Operations Manager, or Payments Manager
- Hands-on experience with payment flows, KYC, PSPs, anti-fraud, and support operations
- Understanding of retention and the customer lifecycle
- Ability to build processes in a fast-growing environment
- Structured mindset and a high level of autonomy
- Experience managing teams and operational KPIs
