What we expect

  • Proven experience as CBDO, Head of Sales, Head of Business Development, or Team Lead BDM
  • Experience working with advertisers and affiliate programs
  • Successful experience in managing sales or business development teams
  • Experience attending international conferences and negotiating with key partners
  • Deep understanding of the full BDM cycle from prospecting to account management
  • High motivation for financial results and business growth
  • Strong track record in acquiring major clients and scaling revenue independently
