✅ What we expect
- Proven experience as CBDO, Head of Sales, Head of Business Development, or Team Lead BDM
- Experience working with advertisers and affiliate programs
- Successful experience in managing sales or business development teams
- Experience attending international conferences and negotiating with key partners
- Deep understanding of the full BDM cycle from prospecting to account management
- High motivation for financial results and business growth
- Strong track record in acquiring major clients and scaling revenue independently
