B2B Cold Sales Manager for AI Solutions

📋 What you will do

• Self-source B2B leads
• Reach out to decision-makers: owners, Sales Heads, and Commercial Directors
• Conduct cold calls and send outreach messages
• Schedule and conduct meetings and demos
• Manage follow-ups and CRM activities
• Drive deals to closure in collaboration with the team

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales or cold outreach
• Ability to source leads without an existing database
• Resilience to cold outreach and rejection
• Understanding of solution-based selling
• Prior experience in IT, SaaS, AI, digital, telephony, or speech analytics is a plus

🎁 What we offer

• Salary: 90,000 ₽ base + 50,000 ₽ bonus per sale
