📋 What you will do

  • Search for and acquire new partners
  • Develop and scale existing affiliate campaigns
  • Expand into new GEOs and identify growth opportunities in Tier 2–3
  • Negotiate terms and close deals
  • Improve deal profitability
  • Build long-term relationships with partners and retain them
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and analytics teams

What we expect

  • Experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming on the advertiser side
  • Hands-on experience with RevShare and Hybrid models
  • Understanding of Tier 2–3 GEO specifics
  • Own partner database is a strong advantage
  • Solid understanding of traffic metrics and unit economics
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and growth-driven
