📋 What you will do
- Search for and acquire new partners
- Develop and scale existing affiliate campaigns
- Expand into new GEOs and identify growth opportunities in Tier 2–3
- Negotiate terms and close deals
- Improve deal profitability
- Build long-term relationships with partners and retain them
- Work closely with product, marketing, and analytics teams

- Experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming on the advertiser side
- Hands-on experience with RevShare and Hybrid models
- Understanding of Tier 2–3 GEO specifics
- Own partner database is a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of traffic metrics and unit economics
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Proactive, result-oriented, and growth-driven
