📋 What you will do
- Own execution for a portfolio of Supabase events across sponsored, hosted, and community programs
- Evaluate event opportunities and recommend where to invest time and budget
- Support sponsorship execution, including securing packages, managing deliverables, and coordinating contract workflows
- Manage event budgets, vendors, timelines, run-of-show docs, and onsite operations
- Place vendor orders and coordinate production and logistics for booths, shipping, print, signage, and swag
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, DevRel, Design, Ops, Finance, and Legal
- Coordinate event presence and attendee experience, including booth, demos, staffing prep, and brand details
- Support promotion and attendee communications, including registration, reminders, and internal readiness
- Ensure lead capture and post-event follow-up in partnership with Operations
- Track event performance and improve reporting and the program
- Build repeatable playbooks, templates, and processes to scale the program

✅ What we expect
- 4–7+ years of experience in event marketing and/or field marketing
- Proven ability to run end-to-end events with strong attention to detail
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Execution-focused with a strong sense of impact
- Analytical and data-driven in decision-making
- Calm under pressure and able to solve problems onsite
- Comfortable working independently and owning projects end-to-end
- A strong written communicator who builds relationships across teams
- Scrappy and resourceful with limited resources
- Excited to learn, improve processes, and scale the program
- Willing to travel up to 50%
