📋 What you will do

  • Lead the development and execution of the biannual integrated demand generation and field marketing plan
  • Coordinate go-to-market teams and stakeholders to align with company priorities
  • Drive collaboration across Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, and other leaders
  • Synthesize data and insights to support executive decision-making and strategic adjustments
  • Build the operating model and prioritize initiatives to scale campaign development effectively

What we expect

  • 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in demand generation at a high-growth SaaS startup
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence senior-level leaders
  • Experience building operational frameworks and managing budgets
  • Comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
  • Experience in end-to-end integrated campaign development, execution, and measurement
  • Growth mindset and openness to new ideas

🎁 What we offer

  • Salary: $192,400–$264,550 USD in Zone 1, $173,200–$238,150 USD in Zone 2
  • May include annual performance bonus and equity
  • Compensation is based on skills, experience, certifications, and location
