📋 What you will do
- Define and execute a cross-channel MarTech strategy to improve acquisition efficiency, adoption, and LTV
- Lead and develop the MarTech team, establishing clear ownership and scalable processes
- Own and optimize the marketing technology ecosystem, including paid media, CMS, CRM/lifecycle, DAM, and AI tools
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Growth to implement scalable systems, experimentation, and personalization
- Build governance, intake, and prioritization frameworks to increase marketing execution speed
- Ensure high-quality data flows and measurement infrastructure for experimentation and performance tracking
- Own MarTech vendor strategy, including selection, negotiation, performance management, and stack rationalization

✅ What we expect
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Marketing Technology, CRM/lifecycle, or digital marketing systems, including people leadership
- Proven experience owning and scaling complex cross-channel MarTech ecosystems
- Strong strategic and systems mindset
- Technically fluent and data-literate
- Ability to operate hands-on when needed
- Demonstrated success partnering with Product and Engineering
