📋 What you will do

  • Define and execute a cross-channel MarTech strategy to improve acquisition efficiency, adoption, and LTV
  • Lead and develop the MarTech team, establishing clear ownership and scalable processes
  • Own and optimize the marketing technology ecosystem, including paid media, CMS, CRM/lifecycle, DAM, and AI tools
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Growth to implement scalable systems, experimentation, and personalization
  • Build governance, intake, and prioritization frameworks to increase marketing execution speed
  • Ensure high-quality data flows and measurement infrastructure for experimentation and performance tracking
  • Own MarTech vendor strategy, including selection, negotiation, performance management, and stack rationalization

What we expect

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Marketing Technology, CRM/lifecycle, or digital marketing systems, including people leadership
  • Proven experience owning and scaling complex cross-channel MarTech ecosystems
  • Strong strategic and systems mindset
  • Technically fluent and data-literate
  • Ability to operate hands-on when needed
  • Demonstrated success partnering with Product and Engineering

🎁 What we offer

  • Base salary: $224,000–$310,000 per year
