📋 What you will do

  • Define the long-term vision and roadmap for TV and offline as a growth driver
  • Manage an eight- to nine-figure annual TV and offline portfolio and own CAC, LTV, and incremental growth
  • Build full-funnel media plans for TV, audio, direct mail, and adjacent offline channels
  • Apply MMM outputs, incrementality results, and budget recommendations to offline planning
  • Lead and develop the offline media team
  • Serve as the strategic integration layer between offline, Brand, and DR
  • Define operating models across channel leads, Brand, Growth, Analytics, Finance, and agencies
  • Influence senior leadership through data-backed storytelling and clear trade-off analysis

🎁 What we offer

  • Base salary: $196,000–270,000
