📋 What you will do
- Define the long-term vision and roadmap for TV and offline as a growth driver
- Manage an eight- to nine-figure annual TV and offline portfolio and own CAC, LTV, and incremental growth
- Build full-funnel media plans for TV, audio, direct mail, and adjacent offline channels
- Apply MMM outputs, incrementality results, and budget recommendations to offline planning
- Lead and develop the offline media team
- Serve as the strategic integration layer between offline, Brand, and DR
- Define operating models across channel leads, Brand, Growth, Analytics, Finance, and agencies
- Influence senior leadership through data-backed storytelling and clear trade-off analysis
