**Recruiter for a traffic arbitrage team (vertical - Investments)
**
Our team is looking for a strong recruiter for the hiring department. We need a specialist who will close positions in the investments vertical and ensure a stable flow of candidates.

**📌 Tasks:**

- Searching for candidates through Telegram channels, hh, LinkedIn, private chats;
- Initial candidate screening;
- Organizing interviews with hiring managers, owners, and team leads;
- Preparing offers and supporting candidates until they start;
- Maintaining the candidate database and reporting on closed vacancies.

📌 **What we expect from the candidate:**

- 1+ year of recruiting experience;
- Hiring experience **in the niche** is an advantage;
- Ability to perform an initial candidate assessment by metrics (GEO, vertical, budget, management);
- Ability to handle objections and bring candidates to the offer stage;
