Project Manager / Operations Lead (Forex Affiliate Project)

📋 What you will do

• Manage the team: content creators, FD/RD, actors, contractors
• Monitor KPIs and task execution
• Develop reporting and analytics systems
• Oversee the funnel: traffic, Telegram, sales, deposits, retention
• Control content quality, sales, and traffic quality
• Maintain Google Sheets and project dashboards
• Onboard new employees
• Participate in hiring and launching new GEOs
• Manage cash flow, payroll, bonuses, and payment schedules
• Identify project bottlenecks and growth opportunities

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• 2+ years of experience in Affiliate, CPA, or Performance Marketing
• Experience managing remote teams
• Deep understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hold, ROMI, and ROI
• Strong skills in process systematization and control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
