CRM Marketer

📋 What you will do

• Develop and implement the CRM strategy
• Analyze customer behavior and personalize communications
• Run A/B tests and validate hypotheses
• Collaborate with sales, development, and product teams
• Track campaign metrics and prepare reports
• Conduct market and competitor analysis
• Support the implementation and setup of the CDP platform
• Plan and control the budget for marketing activities

• 2+ years of experience as a CRM Marketer
• Experience in the financial sector is preferred
• Understanding of CRM marketing goals and tools
