  • Design and execute programs to drive merchant engagement and product adoption
  • Develop messaging and materials for bi-annual roadmap meetings with top merchants
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Partnership teams
  • Manage multiple high-priority initiatives and navigate project ambiguity
