📋 What you will do
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Lifecycle teams to drive growth initiatives
- Analyze funnel performance, user behavior, and experiment results to identify growth opportunities
- Develop, launch, and measure experiments across marketing, onboarding, and product experiences
- Support quarterly planning by identifying growth opportunities and contributing to the roadmap
- Create and optimize messaging, offers, and user experiences across owned and paid channels
- Collaborate with Lifecycle teams to deliver cohesive journeys from acquisition to retention
- Communicate results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders for informed decision-making

✅ What we expect
- 4–6 years of experience in growth, product, performance, or lifecycle marketing
- Proven track record of executing strategies and experiments that improved conversion and activation
- Strong product marketing fundamentals including customer research and positioning
- Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive performance
- Ability to translate customer insights into compelling messaging and user experiences
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
🎁 What we offer
- Base salary: $131,000.00 – $181,000.00 depending on location and experience
- Full-time employees are eligible for a bonus, equity package, and benefits
