📋 What you will do

• Define and execute Replit’s social media strategy
• Build and continuously refine the playbook for posting cadence, replies, growth loops, meme formats, and distribution
• Launch brand campaigns and multi-week content arcs for products, research, ecosystem, and partnerships
• Engage with the audience through replies, quote tweets, and relationship-building with key accounts
• Create punchy posts, threads, memes, and explainer content
• Coordinate across marketing, comms, product, sales, engineering, and legal
• Track performance metrics and adjust the approach weekly
• Build relationships with external creators, influencer partners, and key voices
• Monitor AI narratives and respond quickly to FUD and misinformation

✅ What we expect

• 8+ years of social media experience at a high-growth B2C or consumer tech company
• Proven track record of growing accounts from early stage
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving fast with imperfect information
• AI-native mindset and a track record of growing accounts in the AI or consumer space
• Strong creative taste and interest in building a durable brand
