📋 What you will do

  • Independently execute paid search programs through all stages
  • Manage the day-to-day performance of campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms
  • Optimize campaign performance through monitoring, testing, and adjusting keywords, ad copy, and landing pages
  • Monitor campaigns in real time and make operational adjustments to improve performance
  • Prepare accurate performance reports
  • Align execution and reporting with the client’s strategy and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support planning for paid search programs

🛠 Stack and skills

Google Ads Bing Ads Google Analytics Microsoft Excel Tableau English SEM and paid search experience Pharmaceutical/healthcare experience US market experience

What we expect

  • At least 5 years of experience independently executing paid search programs
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare category
  • Strong understanding of Search Engine Marketing mechanisms and optimization techniques
  • Strong analytical skills and metric-driven thinking
  • Fluent English, spoken and written
  • Team leadership experience is a plus
  • Candidates with only AdOps experience are not a fit
