📋 What you will do
- Independently execute paid search programs through all stages
- Manage the day-to-day performance of campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms
- Optimize campaign performance through monitoring, testing, and adjusting keywords, ad copy, and landing pages
- Monitor campaigns in real time and make operational adjustments to improve performance
- Prepare accurate performance reports
- Align execution and reporting with the client’s strategy and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support planning for paid search programs

✅ What we expect
- At least 5 years of experience independently executing paid search programs
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare category
- Strong understanding of Search Engine Marketing mechanisms and optimization techniques
- Strong analytical skills and metric-driven thinking
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- Team leadership experience is a plus
- Candidates with only AdOps experience are not a fit
