📋 What you will do

  • Define the growth strategy for the User Acquisition function and identify new growth opportunities
  • Quickly evaluate new traffic sources and integrate them into operations
  • Optimize and scale current media buying
  • Test hypotheses and improve creative performance
  • Lead a team of traffic managers
  • Manage and optimize budgets of $1M+ per month

What we expect

  • Experience as a Head of User Acquisition in in-app
  • Experience scaling media buying from scratch
  • Ability to adapt strategies to each source, GEO, and audience
  • Experience managing and developing a UA team
  • Experience with non-standard sources or Web/Social/Google is a plus

🎁 What we offer

  • Salary: from $7000, depending on level
