📋 What you will do
- Define the growth strategy for the User Acquisition function and identify new growth opportunities
- Quickly evaluate new traffic sources and integrate them into operations
- Optimize and scale current media buying
- Test hypotheses and improve creative performance
- Lead a team of traffic managers
- Manage and optimize budgets of $1M+ per month

✅ What we expect
- Experience as a Head of User Acquisition in in-app
- Experience scaling media buying from scratch
- Ability to adapt strategies to each source, GEO, and audience
- Experience managing and developing a UA team
- Experience with non-standard sources or Web/Social/Google is a plus
🎁 What we offer
- Salary: from $7000, depending on level
- Remote full-time role
