📋 What you will do
- Lead the expansion and management of global fiat payment channels, including payment gateways, settlement partners, banks, and local PSPs
- Build and optimize on/off-ramp payment systems to ensure stability, security, and compliance across multiple regions
- Drive business negotiations, contracting, and technical integrations with global payment partners
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of fiat on/off-ramp vendors for digital asset exchanges, from requirements analysis to integration, testing, and go-live
- Monitor global payment regulations and market trends, and provide strategic insights and risk assessments
- Collaborate with Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to ensure seamless payment operations and compliance
- Analyze payment performance data and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, cost efficiency, and user experience

✅ What we expect
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, International Business, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in the payments industry
- Deep understanding of global payment ecosystems and key channels
- Experience integrating fiat on/off-ramp vendors for crypto exchanges or cross-border financial institutions
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to lead complex integration projects and work cross-functionally
