Lead QA Engineer

📋 What you will do

• Lead and manage the QA team and implement effective testing strategies
• Improve production quality and conduct regular quality control
• Design, develop, and oversee execution of test cases and plans
• Conduct hands-on testing, defect reporting, and monitor resolutions
• Enhance QA processes and documentation to improve efficiency
• Advocate for advanced testing tools and methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
• Analyze system specifications to ensure compliance
• Manage test data and environments for robust testing

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• 1+ years of experience in a Lead role
• 3+ years of manual QA experience
• Strong understanding of browser internals, async behavior, API testing, and mocking
• Experience testing distributed, high-load systems
• Understanding of testing strategy, quality metrics, and reliability engineering
• Experience with observability tools and multi-environment debugging
• Experience leading a team of at least 2 people
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Experience with Agile workflows and tools like JIRA
• QA Automation experience is a plus
