📋 What you will do
- Support and retain key clients with high gaming turnover
- Reactivate VIP players through personalized offers
- Manage bonus campaigns and special promotions
- Analyze key metrics: GGR, NGR, retention, LTV
- Identify churn drivers and develop strategies to reduce attrition
- Conduct negotiations and resolve conflict situations
🛠 Stack and skills
Minimum 1 year of proven work in Tier-1 markets
Fluent English (B2 level or above)
Metrics: GGR, NGR, retention, LTV
Expertise in sales and client relationship management
Deep understanding of player psychology and market trends
