Vice President of Operations

📋 What you will do

• Lead the operational performance of practices on the West Coast of the United States
• Develop and execute a quarterly practice visit plan
• Conduct regular site visits and engage with practices
• Build trusted relationships with partner and associate doctors
• Oversee associate onboarding and off-boarding processes
• Coordinate and resolve payroll issues with HR and Payroll teams
• Mentor and develop Regional Directors of Operations
• Conduct monthly operational reviews and track SMART action plans
• Prepare quarterly business reviews for leadership and Finance
• Identify and eliminate operational inefficiencies to improve production and margins
