We are looking for a pilot who will take control of our TikTok traffic and put it into orbit 💫

If you know how to make creatives convert, we want you on our team!

🛠What you will be doing:

- Launching and managing ad campaigns in TikTok Ads;

- Scaling funnels and increasing traffic volume;

- Searching for and testing creatives and offers;

- Optimizing ad campaigns by CPA and ROI;

- Analyzing results and identifying growth points;

- Creating briefs for creatives and working with production;

- Monitoring TikTok trends and implementing them.

🧠What we expect:

- Current experience launching ad campaigns in TikTok Ads from 1 year;

- Understanding of key CPA, ROI, CTR metrics;

- Ability to test hypotheses and work with a large number of launches;

- Ability to analyze results and make data-driven decisions;

- Experience independently managing advertising campaigns;

- Strong awareness of TikTok content and understanding of working creatives;

- Experience working with trackers such as Keitaro, Binom, and others.
