We are a team in affiliate marketing, actively developing the Gambling vertical. We are now building a strong media buying department from scratch and are looking for an experienced Team Lead who wants to grow together with the team and influence the results. 📌 What is already in place: - A structured setup for launching the department (bizdev, integrator, design, infrastructure) - Strong offers and direct partnerships with advertisers - All resources needed to launch and scale funnels - An opportunity to join at the department formation stage and grow together with it - High % of profit + competitive fixed salary 📌 Requirements: - Experience as a Media Buyer with Facebook Ads specifically in Gambling - Experience working in a team or a strong solo background - Ability to launch and scale funnels - Experience confirmed by numbers / cases - Proactivity and independence - Desire to influence the development of a new direction ➕ Will be a plus: - Experience building processes or managing a team - Experience working with multiple GEOs - Strong analytics and a systematic approach - Experience with other traffic sources will be an advantage 💼 Conditions: - Remote - Flexible work format - Fix + high % of profit (discussed individually) - Everything needed for work: offers, consumables, tools, resources - Opportunity to scale within the new department 📊 What to send in your application: 1.
