ExGaming is a large media buying holding developing projects in iGaming and other areas.

Due to active growth, we are looking for a Team Lead who will help strengthen our team.

What you will work on:

– Manage a team of media buyers: hiring, development, strategic management, KPI achievement. You build the system and lead it to results;

– Monitor the execution of launch plans, metrics, and campaign scaling;

– Independently launch, optimize, and scale campaigns on Facebook / UAC;

– Search for and test new funnels, generate hypotheses, participate in creative development, analyze trends and platforms;

– Set tasks for the tech side and implementation of new features.

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

– 1+ year of team management experience — you know how to build and strengthen a team;

– Proven cases of $50k+ profit per month over the last 3 months;

– Responsibility, initiative, and a focus on numbers and results.
