📌 Responsibilities — Launch and manage targeted advertising for the agency’s clients on VKontakte, Avito Ads, and Telegram Ads: from audience and competitor analysis to creating ads and working with performance results. 📌 What we expect — Someone who is comfortable working independently, but not in isolation — the team has a dozen colleagues who are always in touch. Someone who does not wait to be pushed, but speaks up when they need help or see an opportunity. 📌 We offer — Project-based payment — from 10,000 to 18,000 ₽ per project plus a bonus for meeting KPIs. The rate grows depending on the complexity of the project and how long you work on it: the longer you manage it, the more you earn. You regulate your workload yourself. Send a response — we will send you a short 3–5 minute questionnaire in reply. We will review your resume and questionnaire, then offer a test task. It is small and will take no more than two hours. The test task is unpaid, but based on its results we invite candidates for an interview, followed by a paid internship.
